Covid-19 Risk Assessment
We have carried out a risk assessment in line with the HSE guidance and shared this with our employees. Site specific Risk Assesments will be provided to our clients prior to commencing works.
Handwashing & hygiene
Employees will have access to handwashing facilities on most sites and where this is not possible, they have been provided with hand saniser. Surface cleaning materials have also been provided.
Working from home
Our office based staff have been provided with the means to work from home and have remote access to the company's systems. Meetings can be carried out using software such as Zoom, Skype & Teams.
2m Social Distancing
Wherever possible, 2m distancing will be maintained between people.
Signage and markings will be used where necessary and one way system used. Operatives wil travel individually and have staggered breaks to assist with distancing.
Managing transmission risk
Where 2m distancing cannot be achieved, other measures such as minimising the activity time, back-to-back or side-to-side working and the use of screens or barriers will be employed. Any teams of opertives will be fixed to reduce contact.
